Florent Perrocheau

After working 10 years in "traditional" companies incl. multinationals, I needed to align my career with my personal values ​​and commitments linked to sustainability. Therefore, I trained myself in CSR in 2019 and then joined B Lab Switzerland for a mission. In this way, I contributed to accelerate the necessary change in organizations, to make them more responsible.


In a pragmatic, structured, and positive approach, my role is to support companies that seek to positively impact the world, in their transition: both strategic and operational, social and environmental, entrepreneurial and human.

Support begins with a report on the company's CSR performance, then prioritization of actions to be taken, and progress monitoring; until finally getting B Corp certified.

Specific workshops can be organized around the CSR strategy, the company's mission, CSR communication, responsible purchasing and suppliers, biodiversity, or any other issue related to the needs of the company.

Also convinced by the power of collective impact, I am involved in charity and community, to develop myself as an individual but also to participate in the society’s transition, great source of inspiration and sobriety.
