Gianni Di Marco

I started my career as an exploration geologist. But after a few years in industry, I devoted myself entirely to the exploration of human systems. For more than 25 years I have been involved in sales, marketing and business management, with a particular passion for change issues. Since 2020, a research work in systemic management focused on the brakes to change in companies has allowed me to develop a concept and a method to help companies manage critical resistance to change in business.
