Rania Al-Baroudi

With a multicultural upbringing and work experience across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle-East, my 25-year career has spanned multiple functions - strategic partnerships, international business development and project management - and sectors including fragrances & flavours, cosmetics, health nutrition and UN/NGOs.

In recent years, I managed the Geneva Creativity Center, a platform at the interface of university research labs and SMEs/Startups, fostering collaboration around innovative industrial projects, and have been Judge and Mentor for the Mass Challenge Switzerland Startup Accelerator supporting impact entrepreneurs in Europe and East Africa.

As a B Leader and passionate sustainability practitioner, I am keen to help businesses play their part in responding to urgent global challenges by understanding and addressing the environmental and societal impacts of their activities, taking into account all their stakeholders.

I advise large and small businesses on their impact assessment, sustainability strategy, BCorp Certification and cross-sector partnerships to achieve their ESG goals.
